Meer zelfs \u2013 het gebruik van Brewtan\u00ae kan leiden tot aanzienlijke verbeteringen en besparingen in het eigenlijke brouwproces. <\/p>\n

Brewtan\u00ae reageert selectief met troebelheidgevoelige eiwitten door adsorptie en precipitatie. Onze Brewtan\u00ae-producten kunnen ook complexe verbindingen realiseren met metaalionen en de bijbehorende ongewenste oxidatieve reacties tegengaan. Brewtan\u00ae heeft tot slot van nature een hoog absorptievermogen voor radicalen, wat het antioxiderende vermogen van het bier verhoogt en zowel de kleur als de smaak helpt te behouden. <\/p>\n

Onderstaand diagram geeft weer hoe Brewtan\u00ae kan worden ge\u00efntegreerd in de verschillende stadia van het brouwproces. Zo kunnen brouwers het meest geschikte kwaliteitsniveau voor hun vereisten selecteren.
